Learned counsel representing the plaintiff/petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed with the issues relating to present revisional application but he made an innocuous prayer before this Court for passing necessary direction upon Trial Court, so that the trial may be expedited and the suit may attain it's finality within a time bound programme, since the suit is an old one.

In view of the above, learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the suit preferable within a period of one year, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. C.O. 721 of 2019 is, thus, disposed of. In view of the above, CAN 1 of 2021 is also disposed of.
