1. Counsel for the petitioner informs that the order of this Court has been complied with, as evident from the report of the Officer-in-charge, Singur Police Station dated 4th June, 2023.

2. The police constable deputed at the petitioner's house shall continue only for a further period of two weeks from date.

3. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be decided in this contempt application.

4. The contempt application is, thus, disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
