This special leave to appeal filed in 2014 is still pending for leave of this Court. It appears from orders 22.06.2023 that this court gave direction to the appellant to remove the defects. The appellant has not filed Section 5 application. None appears for the appellant even today on call to move this application. The appellant is no longer interested to proceed with the special leave to appeal.

Accordingly, this special leave to appeal is not granted to the appellant and disposed of.
