The petitioner participated in the recruiting process for the post of Assistant Teacher conducted by the DPSC, Purba Medinipur in the year 2009. She claims that her training qualifications and physically handicapped certificate have not been considered.

The writ petitioner moved before this Court first in the year 2010 and subsequently the instant writ petition has been filed.

In these circumstances, the DPSC, Purba Medinipur shall consider the writ petitioner's representation, sent through her advocate, which was received on 3rd January, 2020, within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order and passed a reasoned order thereof. Let the said reasoned order be communicated to the petitioner forthwith thereof.

With the aforesaid directions the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
