Mr. Santanu Maji ...for the petitioner Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee Ms. Madhurima Sarkar ...for the Madrasah Service Commission Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

Mr. Santanu Maji , learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an appeal is pending before the first appellate authority under the Right to Information Act. Hearing had taken place on December 12, 2022 and thereafter nothing have been communicated to the petitioner.

Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned counsel appeared for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4.

Respondent no. 5 shall communicate its reasoned order to the petitioner positively within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

On the above terms this writ petition being WPA No. 5088 of 2023 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
