Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has pointed out to a typographical mistake of this Court's order dated March 12, 2025, which may be corrected in the following manner:- i) In paragraph 2 of this Court's order dated March 12, 2025 in WPA 4092 of 2020 the words "July 09, 2012"

shall be substituted with "June 05, 2012".

ii) Let this correction be considered as incorporated in the order of this Court's order dated March 12, 2025 in WPA 4092 of 2020.

This order be read as part and parcel of this Court's earlier order dated March 12, 2025. The rest portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
