Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3.

4.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a married man. Victim is a 16-year old girl. Statements of witnesses before Magistrate show petitioner used to harass and heckle the victim. It is suspected he had some intimate documents of the victim. Due to

such harassment, victim committed suicide. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
