2. Petitioner is the father of the child concerned.
3. Mother of the child is alive.
4. Mother remarried. Child is with the mother.
5. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the police recovered the child and allowed the petitioner to speak with the child at the police station. Child expressed desire that the child will not stay with the petitioner.
6. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the visitation right may be permitted since the child stands recovered and since the petitioner is aware where the child is located.
7. No further order in this writ petition for habeas corpus need be passed.
8. So far as the visitation rights are concerned, the petitioner may approach the appropriate Court for such relief.
9. WPA (H) 18 of 2026 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
