The instant revisional application is filed challenging the impugned order dated 27th July, 2011 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby the learned Trial Court refused to accept written statement filed by the defendant after setting aside the order of ex parte hearing by passing the impugned order. The instant application is pending since the year 2012 and there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the present case.

Accordingly, CO/533/2012 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Department is directed to send back the Lower Court Record at once.

There will be no order as to costs.
