Learned counsels appearing on behalf of both the parties submit that the order dated 20.09.2021 under contempt has been complied which also evidences from the written instruction submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor. In view of the same the contempt application being CPAN No. 233 of 2022 is disposed of.
