The police authorities have filed a report, from which it appears that over erection of boundary pillars in the land of the petitioner, an altercation took place between the petitioner and respondent nos.4 to 11. A general diary was registered. Prosecution under Sections 107/116(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure was submitted against the said respondents. The police authorities have further submitted that sharp vigil has been kept in order to avoid any untoward incident. The police report is kept on record. Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition. The police authorities shall continue the vigil in order to ensure that the petitioner is not disturbed in any way with regard to the enjoyment of his property. The other reliefs available before the civil court, are not gone into.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
However, there will be no order as to costs.
All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
