Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had assaulted his mother-in-law. As a result, she died. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. There is no change in circumstances since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
