This matter has been listed under the caption "To Be Mentioned". By judgment and order dated 26th March, 2025, M.A.T.

316 of 2025 was disposed of. However, in paragraph 1 of the said judgment and order, it has been inadvertently mentioned that "......We find that the exercise of discretion by the learned Single Bench cannot be followed". This may be corrected and it shall be substituted as "We find that the exercise of discretion by the learned Single Bench cannot be faulted".

Let the said correction be deemed to stand incorporated in the judgment and order dated 26th March, 2025 for all practical purposes.
