We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are involved in the offence of gang rape. In light of gravity of the offence and the statutory bar under Section 482(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
