The only point sought to be urged by learned counsel in support of this intended second appeal is that the subject property has not been property identified in the schedule to the plaint. The decree on the basis of such schedule is defective.

In our opinion, this is not a ground for second appeal. However, leave is granted to the appellant to take this point at the time of execution of the decree. The appeal (S.A.T. 30 of 2022) and the connected application (CAN 1 of 2022) are disposed of.
