Jiten Manna Mr. S.R. Kundu Mr. Samir Kumar Adhikari ...for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff and is directed against an order being No.228 dated April 4, 2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Jhargram in Money Suit No.4 of 2000.

By the order impugned the evidence of the defendant stood closed and April 17, 2023 was fixed for arguments.

After going through the impugned order this Court finds that the evidence of the defendant was closed as the learned advocate for the defendant submitted that the defendant would not adduce any further evidence. Therefore, the plaintiff cannot be said to be aggrieved against such order.

Faced with such situation, Mr. Kundu, larned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a direction may be passed to dispose of the Money Suit expeditiously. He further submits that April 17, 2023 has been fixed for arguments. Since the date has already been

fixed for arguments there is no necessity to pass any further direction.

CO 795 of 2025 is disposed of with the hope and trust that the Money Suit No.4 of 2000 shall be disposed of expeditiously.

There will be no order as to costs.
