A representation was made to the Officer-inCharge, Eco Park Police Station on or about 28.1.2025. The nature of the problem complained of is amongst the flat owners and with regard to feeding of community dogs. The same is a problem to be taken care of by the municipal authorities.

The Officer-in-Charge, Eco Park Police Station will inform the municipal authorities regarding the nature of the accusations made in the representation dated 28.01.2025. If the municipal authorities complain, the police authorities will act in accordance with law.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Report reflects number of criminal cases inter se the parties are pending.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5422 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
