Anwar Hossain, Ms. Sreyashee Biswas .....for the State The subject matter of the present revisional application relates to the order of conviction and sentence passed against the petitioner by the Learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bishnupur in case no.123C of 1992 which was affirmed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bishnupur in Criminal Appeal no.1 of 1994. As the order has been passed reducing the sentence to fine only which has already been deposited by the petitioner in CRR no.914 of 2020, the present revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 1731 of 1995 is disposed of and will be covered by the order passed in CRR 914 of 2020. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
