The revisional application is disposed of by directing the District Delegate, Howrah to allow the petitioner to make appropriate prayers before the learned court, permitting the legal heirs or the persons in respect of whom the succession certificate was issued to open the locker and take back the jewellery, upon furnishing necessary undertaking to the court and the bank.

The petitioner may be permitted to inventorize the ornaments lying in the bank, if the court desires. 3.

The bank shall cooperate and abide by the order of the court.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
