It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that the petitioner is no more interested in proceeding with the writ petition. The said advocate further submits that the grievances of the petitioner have been duly redressed by the respondents.

On behalf of the respondents, it is submitted that nothing further remains to be adjudicated as the grievance of the petitioner as made out in the writ petition no more survives.

Considering such submissions, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
