Petitioner is aggrieved about some mal functioning of e-pos (electronic point of sales) machine install in his FPS shop room. He made a representation to the authority wherein the authority has assured that his representation would be considered and the e-pos (electronic point of sales) machine would be corrected as per entitlement of the beneficiaries.

On that assurance, the petitioner wrote a letter to the SubDivisional Controller (F&S), Midnapur Sadar on the basis of the letter the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State authority was intimated by the office memo dated 5th March, 2025, let the

letter of the petitioner dated 5th of March, 2025 and the memo of the concerned department be taken on record.

Considering the submissions of Mr.

Agarwala, learned senior counsel for the petition and also considering the submission of Mr. Nilotpal Chatter, learned counsel for the State it appears that the concerned department has made assurance to correct the e-pos (electronic point of sales) machine.

Accordingly, I find no justification to proceed further with this matter On the above observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of on the assurance of the concerned department.

Parties to act upon the server copy and urgent certified copy of this order be provided on usual terms and conditions.
