We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure show involvement of the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault on a six years old child. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
