2. Application being CAN 3 of 2025 is for recall of the order dated 11th December, 2024 passed by a coordinate bench and application being CAN 2 of 2025 is for condonation of delay in presenting recalling application.
3. In spite of service of notice respondents are not represented.
4. Having perused explanation Court records satisfaction and application being CAN 2 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.
Delay caused in presenting recalling application stands condoned.
5. Having perused the explanation offered in recalling application Court finds applicants were prevented by sufficient cause from being represented before the Court on the date when the writ petition stood dismissed for default.
6. Order dated 11th December, 2024 is recalled. Writ petition is restored to its original file and number.
7. Application being CAN 3 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.
8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
