....For the Respondent/ State Today the writ petition appears under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. Mr. Kamalesh Bhattacharya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the relevant school is a high school and not a higher secondary school.

Accordingly, in paragraph 6 at page 2 of the judgment dated May 9, 2024 the expression "Higher Secondary School" is corrected as high school. Mr. Jayanta Samanta, learned State counsel appears for the State respondents.

Above correction shall be incorporated and read into the judgment dated May 9, 2024.

The rest of the judgment dated May 9, 2024 remains unaltered and without any modification.
