This appeal was filed on 28th February, 2018, but no attempt has been made to move this appeal.

This appeal has arisen out of an order dated 21st February, 2018 refusing ad interim order of injunction. As on date this appeal has lost its force.

On such consideration, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
