1. The prayers in the writ petition are vague and lack clarity.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, who claim to be the members of a Railways Men's Consumers Cooperative Stores Limited under the management of the Eastern Railways, submits that the petitioners have since come across a Notice pasted on the Canteen where the petitioners are presently working. A copy of the Notice dated 24.04.2023 is handed up to the Court. The Notice is written in Bengali and indicates that the petitioners have been directed to remove the alleged illegal structure by 1st May, 2023.

3. WPA 4869 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
