It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that when the writ petition was filed in 2018 the petitioners apprehended that the State Authorities would raise construction on the land belonging to the petitioners. He also submits, on instruction, that no such construction has been raised on the petitioners' land by the State Authorities.

In view of the above, the petitioners intend to withdraw the writ petition as the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, WPA No. 4089 of 2018 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
