So far as the issue relating to Bargadar is concerned, the same is pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer for decision.

The petitioner has informed the police authorities. However, the police authorities have not rendered any assistance to the petitioner.

It has been the contention of the State that until and unless competent

authority directs the police authorities to render assistance, it would not be in the domain of the police authorities to render any assistance.

Having considered the submissions of the petitioner as also the State, I direct that the police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility as also no untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5186 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
