Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this court, Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor submits a report which reflects that the charge sheet was filed against one Adhir Mondal. The present petitioner happens to be one Amit Kumar Mondal.

In view of the aforesaid, the prayers so advanced in the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 560 of 2019 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor be kept with the record.
