State is directed to produce the Case Diary of Jadavpur Police Station case no. 314 dated 16.09.2021, as the conclusion arrived at by the Investigating Officer is that dispute is civil in nature.

The allegation of the petitioner who happens to be the daughter of the owner of the property is that the governess and her son has forged the document and misappropriated the property.

The issue so canvassed by the petitioner would be considered after the Case Diary is produced before this Court.
