Petitioners renew the prayer for anticipatory bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1337 of 2022 is, thus, dismissed.
