The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Kolkata Leather Complex Police Station in respect of a complaint dated 07.03.2022.

Admittedly, there are civil disputes and differences between the petitioner and the private respondents in respect of a joint family property. There are proceedings pending before the WBLRTT in this regard.

The petitioner may seek appropriate interim relief from the WBLRTT in this regard. 4.

The police claim that they have not received any complaint from the petitioner.

5.

The Kolkata Leather Complex Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The instant writ petition is thus disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
