Mr. Tamal Taru Panda ...for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner sought for an information, which was not given. Accordingly, a first appeal has been taken out under the Right to Information Act, 2005. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the appeal.

Keeping in view the innocuous prayer and keeping the affidavit of service, filed in court today, on record, no further service is directed, despite absence of the respondents.

W.P.A. No. 5132 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the appeal pending at the behest of the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005, as expeditiously as possible, positively within one month from the date of communication of this order to the said respondent.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
