Report submitted by the Registrar(Judicial Service) reflects that next date has been fixed on 12-03-2025 for evidence of CSW-1. Having regard to the number of cases so pending the learned Magistrate decided to fix such date. However, having regard to the fact that the case was initiated in the year 2020, I direct that that on and from 12.03.2025 the next date so fixed, the learned Magistrate would fix one date in every three months for the purpose of the present case so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. In case any witness is absent, the learned Magistrate will directly issue notice upon the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-charge of the Nimta Police Station who would ensure regarding the availability of the witnesses on the date so fixed. .

No unnecessary adjournments should be granted to any of the parties.

The Public Prosecutor appearing in the case would

produce the materials, documents and exhibits on the dates fixed for examination of the witnesses concerned.

It is further directed that the trial of the case would continue in spite of the resolution of the local bar and the learned participating/representing advocate would not stall the proceedings because of any such resolution.

All efforts be taken by the stake-holders to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 842 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
