Re : RVW 144 of 2018 This matter was ordered and disposed of by the Division Bench through order dated 05-08-2019. Hence, RVW 144 of 2018 shall not be listed henceforth.

Re : CAN/2/2021 This application has been taken out in connection with CPAN 1193/2019 for amendment of the cause title of the contempt petition for the reason that three of the alleged contemnors have been transferred from their previous posts. The petitioner prays for leave to bring on record the new incumbents in the said posts.

This application is allowed. Let appropriate amendment be carried out by the concerned department to the cause title of the contempt petition and service of the contempt petition be effected on the added parties. Affidavit of service should be filed by the next date.

CAN 2 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

Re : CPAN 1193 of 2019 This contempt application has been filed for alleged violation of an order dated 05-08-2019 passed by this Bench. We are, prima facie, not satisfied that there is such violation of the said order as would call for our intervention in the contempt jurisdiction. Let this issue be addressed on the next date.
