The earlier application for anticipatory bail was rejected by the order dated December 10, 2021 passed in CRM 6062 of 2021 by the Coordinate Bench by returning a finding that there were incriminating materials against the petitioner which revealed direct involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence.

Considering the order dated December 10, 2021 and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. CRM (A) 1339 of 2022 is rejected.
