The present revisional application has been preferred against the order of the appellate court affirming an order dismissing the petitioners' application under Order IX Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure. 2.

The supplementary affidavit filed today be kept on record, along with the original of the certified copy of the order of the first court.

Since arguable questions have been raised in the revisional application, the petitioners shall serve copies of the same on the opposite parties, indicating that the matter shall next be listed in the monthly list of November, 2025 before the regular Bench having determination.
