The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the representation given by the petitioner to the respondent authorities, in respect of an objection regarding transfer of ownership of a vehicle bearing registration no. WB25E4731 without following procedure, has not yet been decided by the authorities.
Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, WPA 4881 of 2022 is disposed of by directing respondent no.4 to decide on the representation given by the petitioner, as annexed at page-8 (Annexure-P1) of the writ petition, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from date in accordance with law and after giving reasonable opportunity of representation to the parties involved.
There will be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
