This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 674 of 2006, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kakdwip, South 24-Parganas. It appears from the records that some of the defendants have not yet been served with the summons. It also appears from the records that the plaintiffs have not taken steps diligently.

Under such circumstances, no further order can be passed by this court except that if the plaintiffs take steps in terms of the directions passed by the learned court below and comply with the directions of the learned court, the learned court below shall make an endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

This court has not gone into the merits of the case and the learned court below shall decide the matter in accordance with law and independently. The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
