Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the assault. Medical report shows victim suffered cut injury on scalp and brain wall. In view of gravity of the injury, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
