Mr. Ujjal Ray, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the present application was preferred for transfer of the case from the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia to any court within the jurisdiction of Alipore. The contentions were two fold:- i) The petitioners were under threat perception go to Haldia; ii) Most of the other cases between the selfsame parties were within the jurisdiction of the court of Alipore. The revisional application was filed in the year 2012. Subsequently, the interim order was never extended and the

learned advocate for the petitioners after nine years is unable to apprise this Court regarding the present stage of proceedings. Be that as it may, no further complaint was raised by the present petitioners. No interference is called for at this stage. However, if the circumstances so warrant the petitioners will be at liberty to apprise this Court with similar prayer.

For the present, the revisional application being C.R.R.667 of 2012 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
