The Secretary, Regional Transport Authority is directed to consider the representation, which is annexure 'P4' at page 20 of the writ application, which is relating to the time table of the vehicle. The representation is to be considered after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by eight weeks from date and decision thereof is to be communicated by two weeks thereafter.

With this direction, the writ application is disposed of without any order as to costs.
