The alleged contemnor is present in Court. It is indicated that principal amount of Rs.4,09,500/- and Rs.1,53,563/- towards interest have been paid by the respondent to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the principal amount comes to Rs.8,53,725/-.

Let a detailed representation in this regard be made to the concerned respondent/alleged contemnor through the School/Madrasah, who shall take a decision in this matter within ten days from date.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. 5.

Rule shall stand discharged.

If the respondent/alleged contemnor finds payment claimed by the petitioner is justified, let payment thereof be made within seven days thereafter. 7.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.
