Learned counsel representing the petitioner has produced a Statutory CE Form VII: Licence dated March 24, 2025 in court wherefrom it appears that the petitioner has been permitted to admit patients in the subject hospital.

The instructions forwarded by the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Paschim Medinipur mention that the licence under the West Bengal Clinical Establishments (Regulation, Regulation and Transparency) Act, 2017 has been issued in favour of Subrata Karmakar.

As it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the authority, there remains nothing else to be decided in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of.
