Petitioner is aggrieved by the act and action of Raninagar Police Station and as such informed the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad Police District. Such representation was made on or about 01.02.2025 and sent through e-mail. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents are trying to encroach the property of the petitioner particularly the mango orchard and some of the police officials are hand in gloves with the private respondents.

In view of the nature of the accusations made and the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad Police District being already informed, I direct the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad Police District

to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 1st March, 2025 which was received through e-mail. The Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad Police District will afford hearing to the petitioner and thereafter inform the outcome of the representation within a period of four weeks. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the findings of the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad Police District, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3)/175 (4) of the BNSS, in those circumstances, learned Magistrate will take steps in accordance with the provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5131 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
