The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the respondent nos. 2 and 3 being the Director of ICDS and the Child Development Project Officer to supply the information which is presently pending before the 2nd Appellate Authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

The respondents are represented.

WPA 5850 of 2021 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to furnish the information as sought for by the petitioner subject to the exemption provisions under the 2005 Act. The information shall be furnished within a period of four weeks from today at the registered address of the petitioner.
