It is submitted by Mr. Chakraborty, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State-respondents, that the police authorities are willing to carry out the order of the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated July 26, 2018. His Lordship had passed the following direction:- "The learned advocate for the Sate submits that the dispute is a family dispute and that proceedings have been initiated against 11 people under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. and a case no. NCR No-265/18 dated 29.04.2018 has also been registered wherein the police authorities have directed peace to be maintained in the locale. The Officer-in-Charge, Patashpur P.S. is hereby directed to ensure writ petitioner and his family members are able to live peacefully and without any disturbance in their respective place of residence."

Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition. The police authorities shall ensure that the petitioner can live peacefully in his residence. In case the petitioner files any specific complaint before the Officer-in-Charge, Patashpur Police Station, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
