This writ petition being WPA 4905 of 2022 is dismissed on the ground of inordinate delay of almost 12 years as appears from the record and prayer made in this writ petition that petitioner seeks relief of letting the petitioner know the status of the appeal Petition filed before the authority concerned on 8th of September, 2010.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that the order on the appeal in question has been passed long back and if the petitioner so chooses, it may make a representation for getting a copy of the same.
