Ahmed ...for the petitioner Mr. Sandipan Banerjee Mr. Ankit Sureka Mr. Sobhan Majumder ...for the Corporation The petitioner complains of illegal and unauthorised construction at premises no.4/5, Braja Nath Lahiri Lane, Shibpur, Howrah-711101 before the Howrah Municipal Corporation which is yet to be considered.

On perusal of the documents annexed to the writ petition, it does not appear that the objection was filed before the competent authority of the Corporation alleging unauthorised construction.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation ventilating her grievance before the competent authority of the Corporation. In the event such representation is filed, the same shall be considered by the concerned authority in accordance with law, at the earliest.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
