Mr. Imran Ali Mrs. Debjani Sahu .....For the State The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings of Baranagar Police Station Case No.914 of 2016 under Sections 420/ 506/ 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner approached this Court when the investigation of the case was in progress. Mr. Ali, learned advocate appearing for the State on perusal of the Case Diary submits that charge-sheet has been submitted on 30th March, 2017.

I have considered the enclosures available alongwith the revisional application. The foundation of the documents on which the Investigating Agency has arrived at their finding that a prima facie case has been established is not reflected in the revisional application. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 574 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
